The pool area was fine, and it wasn't crowded. Our room was clean and comfortable enough, and the staff tried to be friendly with us. Even though the food was terrible and we did not eat the hotel food, we enjoyed the fact that there was free transport available to the beach.
The hotel did not meet our expectations. The food wasn't good, and the service was poor, with no assistance with inquiries, or help with basic things like calling a taxi. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were rock hard. The noise from other guests shouting woke us up at four in the morning, and it was a terrible experience overall.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, with a clean and spacious pool. Rooms are nicely sized and kept neat by housekeeping staff. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and room service is provided daily. Although breakfast could be improved, there are some tasty options in the city. the hotel has free shuttle to the beach, and a friendly staff ready to assist you.
Some guests had difficulties with the communication at the reception, which may not be helpful in some situations.
